This note outlines the findings of the FCA’s second annual Cryptoasset Consumer Research 2020.

Using a longer survey and a larger sample sizes compared to the 2019 research, the FCA has sought to learn more about the UK’s cryptoasset consumers –  their levels of understanding, risk awareness, buying behaviours etc. The regulator has also explored whether and how the market has changed over the past year.
