In response to the European Commission consultation on Financial services – EU regulatory framework for crypto-assets, a CryptoUK working group was convened in early 2020 to respond to this detailed and well thought through consultation of over 150 questions covering topics including a bespoke regime, security tokens, stable coins, market participants and market integrity.
